Alexandre Dechet

Louis Alexandre Dechet was a French actor and is regarded the author of the lyrics of the Brabanonne, the Belgian national anthem. His pseudonym was Jenneval, possibly named after the drama Jenneval, ou le Barnevelt franais of Louis Sbastien Mercier.
